This Episode：Love Unlimited Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how your personal data is processed when you use Episode：Love Unlimited ("Services"), a platform that lets you communicate with bots powered by Large language models (LLMs). This Privacy Policy applies to activities by Two Zero Two PTE. LTD. (together with our affiliates, "we", "us" or "Episode：Love Unlimited").

    1. Account Information. We collect your email address and phone number to create a Episode：Love Unlimited account and verify your identity. We also create a user ID for your Episode：Love Unlimited account. We may use this information to communicate with you about your account.
    2. Third Party Application Login. You can log into your Episode：Love Unlimited account using third party applications (e.g., Google and Apple). When you log in using this method, we collect your name and email address associated with that third party application for authentication and identity verification purposes.
    3. User Content: When you use our Services, we collect Personal data that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide to our Services ("Content").
    4. Communication Information: If you communicate with us, we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send ("Communication Information").
    5. Subscription Billing Data. We use a third party service provider to collect and process your billing information when you subscribe to Episode：Love Unlimited. The information our billing provider collects may include your name, billing address, your credit or debit card details, phone number, and email address.

    1. Log Data: Information that your browser automatically sends when you use our Services. Log data includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interact with our website.

    4. Correction. You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data Episode：Love Unlimited retains about you, subject to certain exceptions.

    7. Sale & targeted advertising. Episode：Love Unlimited does not "sell" your personal data as that term is defined by applicable laws and regulations. Episode：Love Unlimited also does not engage in targeted advertising using your personal data.

After we receive your request, we may verify it by requesting information sufficient to confirm your identity. You may also have the right to appeal requests that we deny by emailing [email protected].

We'll retain your Personal data for only as long as we need in order to provide our Service to you, or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, safety and security reasons, or complying with our legal obligations.

When you access our website or Services, your personal data may be transferred to our servers in the US, or Singapore.
